"Ive been with StateFarm for many years. In June I added Comprehensive coverage to my vehicle and in January a rock hit my windshield and when I filed a claim I was told I didn't have Comprehensive. I called my agent and he has notes that he added it and we have documents that he added it, but underwriting will not honor it. So, when in need Statefarm is not there for the customer. We switched to Gieco as of yesterday"
